Lilly awoke one morning to the annoying sound of her twolegs kits yoweling through the den."Gosh.Can't they ever be quiet?"she asked herself.Knowing that she couldnt fall asleep again she stretched her jaws open in a big yawn then hurried outside.She loved the feel of the wind blowing through her fur and all the sents around her.

She walked to the end of her garden then stopped and leapped over to the other side.She had done this every morning for many moons.It was like a routine.She would wake up then go out of her garden and chase a few birds(though she never caught them)

But today was different.She had walked out to her usual place and crouched down to lap up water from a puddle and in that moment she herd a noise coming from brambles behind her.
"W-w-whos there?"Lilly muttered trembling with fear.She had heard of badgers,foxes,and dogs roming the forest and also wild cats(like her daughter Sunpaw)but thats what she feared most.

Still quivering with fear she managed to let out a little terrifyed hiss."Wh-What do you want with me!?!"she demanded.

She was terrifyed of this cat but this one seemed different.Most cats would chase a strange cat off of thier land.Her eyes widened."Well,why arent you attacking me?"
